ORDER MINIMUMS $275 for Private Label orders.
PAYMENT All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed and shipped, unless other payment terms or arrangements have been approved.
SHIPPING Shipping costs will be charged to your account at the time of order using the billing information provided on your account. You will receive an invoice at this time reflecting the shipping costs. All orders will ship via USPS from our studio in Miami, FL. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Please notify us if you would like to pay for expedited shipping. Ruby Rose & Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays. The retailer is not responsible for covering any duties or customs fees for International orders.
TURNAROUND TIME
Once payment has been submitted, please allow about 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped.
